I am a Massage Therapist and Fitness Consultant with 17yrs of training and experience. I take a holistic approach to your wellbeing so that whether it’s pain management, stress relief, weight loss or strength gains we can find the way to reach your goals.
My focus is on educating and motivating you to find your path to fitness and health. Our focus is on finding a fun, sustainable way for you to stay on that path.
MASSAGE & ACUPUNCTURE
Massage is a wonderful tool for relieving stress, relaxing muscles and clearing the body of toxins. It can be used to invigorate, rejuvenate or simply relax the body after a hard week.
Chinese medicine and acupuncture have been practiced and refined for thousands of years and are becoming ever more popular in our society.
Acupuncture is particularly good at relieving back pain, headaches, fatigue, muscle soreness and insomnia. All things that can hinder your progress towards your goals.
Acupuncture can also be used to treat joint pain, arthritis, low energy and provide facial rejuvenation.
A versatile exercise form Pilates requires focus, patience and control. The benefits can be felt in a short time and the movements can be adapted for all types from the sedentary to the very athletic.
Benefits include increased body tone, better body awareness, muscle control, posture, flexibility, strength and stamina.
It can also be very beneficial with those recovering from injury. For those who are pregnant or have recently had a child.
I also have a variety of styles to choose from, Mat based, Aerial and Stability Ball.
Your goals are what matter to us. I may provide the tools, the motivation but at the end of the day it's what you want to get out of it.
