MAT PILATES

Pilates is about Pace, Power, Persistance, Pliability, Precision, and Presence. It can be used for Pain Management, Fitness, and Recovery.

A versatile and focused form of movement, my mat-based Pilates incorporates the original 34 movements as well as personal adaptations for sitting, standing and work with equipment.
