Service Description

A blend of manual movement therapy and myofascial techniques to release fixed muscles, lengthen short muscles and ease tense and painful muscles. Allowing for joint mobilisation to help correct postural misalignment and imbalance. Resulting in more efficient and reduced or pain free movement of the body.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least 24hrs before the start time, you can reschedule up to 12hrs before the start time. This can be done online or by contacting directly. In the case of late cancellation you will be charged the full amount.
